    I think the drone idea is a step in the wrong direction. Don't know who would fund it, but a one year team expedition in the wild is probably the best bet.

    I do not think a picture from a drone is going to be of any significance, sorry... Here are some reasons why: Even if you get that one in a million picture of a Sasquatch standing still out in the open, how would this prove it’s really a Sasquatch and not a hoax\suit? Also, with the picture being from above, it will be very difficult to get any sense of scale or height. Lastly, if Sasquatch does exist, they will hear that drone from a mile away, so as soon as you throttle up they’re gone.

    Number One reason why this will Fail

    Bigfoot are invisible most of the time. Consequently, they don't photograph well.

    Number Two reason for why this will Fail

    Bigfoot stay hidden in the trees as if they are visible, whether they are or not. These expensive little copters can't fly between the trees without crashing.

    All good points but lack some understanding of our UAV's and techniques I have developed over the years doing stream mapping research...getting images that are crystal clear not only from above, but panoramic from 2-10 meters above ground level. Also after personal communication with people like Bob Gimlin, Dr. Jeff Meldrum, John Mionczynski and others at the Yakima Bigfoot Roundup a few weeks ago, a drone and not humans may be the best route for peaking their curiousity. Look over our "luring" technique. We all know any shots from the ground do not work, as that has been done to death to no success, so why try the same method over and over with the same results. If there is something to find out there, we will find it. 3 or more UAV's in a single mission doing a triangulation pattern to a point with thermal and vis spectral cameras, and the ability to descend point down into any size clearing a few meters square and pan is something no one has done with regards to bigfoot searches. I have done this with stream mapping successfully.

      If you look at the SquatchTRED carefully 10 people can receive all the current technology personally with exactly the same equipment currently in use already for other projects that is tested tried and proven.

      If others are not interested here, that is there choice and apparently there equipment and or talent levels are not capable of doing a project of this magnitude either let alone becoming involved with it for a few dollars.

      They also have a whole lot to learn about Bigfoot and the Great Northwest. I could send them to a couple of campsites to see how long they would stay though.

      Hoaxers, they live and work in all areas including Washington DC and the New York Stock Market.

Bigfoot injured by a forest fire was taken away and hidden by the authorities, not even Robert Lindsay can top this story

This story was circulating the internet way back in 2004, or maybe as far back as 1999. Back when everybody was on 56k dial-up modems and a "Facebook" was just a regular book with directory listing of names and headshots. This story was so disturbing and so shocking that nobody believed it at the time. It was the Robert Lindsay " Bear Hunter: Two Bigfoots Shot and DNA Samples Taken " story of the time. And like Robert's Bear Hunter story , this witness didn't have a name. The only thing known about the witness is that this person was a government employee, anonymous of course. The author of the story was a science teacher named Thom Powell who believe it really happened and that the whole story was an elaborate cover-up. Powell said the anonymous government employee alerted the BFRO about a 7.5 feet long/tall burn victim with "multiple burns on hands, feet, legs and body; some 2nd and 3rd degree burns".
